Refund Policy of ICEVAULT

At ICEVAULT, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale."

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at seven7/11ice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a refund request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at seven7/11ice@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
